Job Description

Senior Sales Enablement Specialist defining program-level strategy and owning sales enablement execution. Collaborating across teams to reduce duplication and improve seller adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Define learning and enablement strategy at the program level
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify performance gaps
  • Own assigned sales enablement programs end-to-end
  • Develop enablement content and learning experiences
  • Facilitate live and virtual enablement sessions
  • Act as a primary point for sales enablement and training efforts

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Experience with enablement technologies (LMS, CRM, CMS)
  • Ability to analyze data and guide decisions
  • Experience with sales methodologies (Solution Selling, Challenger, MEDDICC, SPIN)
