Job Description
Senior Sales Enablement Specialist defining program-level strategy and owning sales enablement execution. Collaborating across teams to reduce duplication and improve seller adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Define learning and enablement strategy at the program level
- Conduct needs analysis to identify performance gaps
- Own assigned sales enablement programs end-to-end
- Develop enablement content and learning experiences
- Facilitate live and virtual enablement sessions
- Act as a primary point for sales enablement and training efforts
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sales enablement
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Experience with enablement technologies (LMS, CRM, CMS)
- Ability to analyze data and guide decisions
- Experience with sales methodologies (Solution Selling, Challenger, MEDDICC, SPIN)
