Job Description
Senior Sales Solutions Engineer driving sales solutions for healthcare IT at Availity. Collaborate with Enterprise Sales and lead technical discovery for sophisticated clients in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discovery for enterprise sales opportunities
- Translate complex business requirements into well-defined solutions
- Deliver polished, consultative product demonstrations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and implementation teams
- Elevate team practices through coaching and proven approaches
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Solutions Engineering / Sales Engineering experience within a SaaS environment
- Ability to lead technical discovery and translate requirements into solution recommendations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Implementation/Delivery teams
- Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 15–25%)
- Experience in supporting large enterprise clients and complex buying groups preferred
- Healthcare or healthcare-adjacent experience preferred
