Job Description

Senior Sales Solutions Engineer driving sales solutions for healthcare IT at Availity. Collaborate with Enterprise Sales and lead technical discovery for sophisticated clients in the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical discovery for enterprise sales opportunities
  • Translate complex business requirements into well-defined solutions
  • Deliver polished, consultative product demonstrations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and implementation teams
  • Elevate team practices through coaching and proven approaches

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Solutions Engineering / Sales Engineering experience within a SaaS environment
  • Ability to lead technical discovery and translate requirements into solution recommendations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Implementation/Delivery teams
  • Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 15–25%)
  • Experience in supporting large enterprise clients and complex buying groups preferred
  • Healthcare or healthcare-adjacent experience preferred
