Job Description
Consultant Salesforce Field Service focusing on complex solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly in Energy & Utilities sector.
Responsibilities:
- Model and configure Salesforce Field Service (resources, policies, scheduling rules, optimization, and field service flows)
- Develop solutions using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Salesforce DX
- Build and enhance components with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures)
- Design and implement integrations via REST, SOAP, and events (Platform Events, CDC)
- Analyze complex requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Contribute to architecture design and define development standards
- Ensure system integration and adherence to enterprise architecture
- Recommend improvements based on market trends and best practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary and distributed teams
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Field Service
- 2+ years with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity)
- 1+ year of experience in the Energy & Utilities sector
- Advanced experience with LWC, Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Salesforce DX
- JavaScript, React.js, HTML, and CSS
- Strong experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, CDC)
- Experience with Git (versioning, branching, code review)
- Solid functional analysis skills and solution design ability
- Experience with system architecture and enterprise integrations
