Job Description
Senior SEA Manager driving sustainable growth through SEA channel optimization for a leading e-commerce marketplace. Collaborating with teams to enhance performance and maximize profitability in digital campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Own and scale refurbed’s SEA channels, ensuring continuous growth through hands-on campaign execution, optimization, and strategic development whilst always being aligned with efficiency targets.
- Contribute to new market launches, including feed setup, campaign architecture, translation workflows, and initial testing frameworks for brand and generic campaigns.
- Analyze performance across multiple data sources (platform data, internal BI, market trends, attribution & MMM) to make data-driven decisions that boost efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure operational excellence, including quality checks, alerting processes, debugging issues (feed drops, data mismatches, shopping disapprovals), and maintaining a high-performance, stable SEA ecosystem.
- Champion automation and experimentation, leveraging scripts, automated rules, bid strategies, and structured testing roadmaps.
- Regularly present performance insights to leadership, translate complex data into clear recommendations, and influence strategic decisions across Marketing and the wider organization.
- Identify opportunities for growth by deep-diving into search intent, competitor activity, category trends, and performance patterns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creation, analytics or the supply team to build high-impact campaigns and performance improvements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in operational campaign management in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising - other search networks are a plus.
- Proven track-record of steering performance marketing in e-commerce, having hands-on experience with GMC and other feed management tools.
- Data-driven decision maker who confidently navigates complex datasets, multiple data sources, and interdependencies. Working with Excel and spreadsheets is part of your daily toolkit.
- Strong presentation skills, speaking regularly in front of an audience feels natural to you.
- True team player who is open-minded and a rational thinker combined with a high degree of accountability.
- Strong experimentation mindset with a structured approach to A/B testing & comfortable iterating quickly based on learnings and scaling successful test results.
- Excellent English skills; proficiency in Bulgarian, Croatian, Estonian, Greek, Latvian, Lithuanian, French, Slovak, Slovenian, and/or Spanish is a strong plus.
