Job Description
Senior Solutions Engineer at Grafana Labs facilitating customer engagement and technical solutions. Joining a high growth team within remote-first open-source culture.
Responsibilities:
- Join as an early member of a high growth team solving technical and customer problems
- Partner with Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition to customers
- Own technical engagement with customers to close opportunities
- Deliver product and technical presentations
- Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams
- Drive product conversations based on customer interactions
- Enhance documentation and create enablement material
Requirements:
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies, or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
- Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Ability to work and collaborate with an international team
- First class written and oral communication skills
- Ability to articulate value proposition and technical advantages of products
- Technical mindset and a desire to grow technically
- Self-motivated, initiative, and creative
