Job Description

Senior Sourcer driving candidate sourcing and generation for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions clients. Creating complex strategies and supporting recruiters in functional areas.

Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Sourcer is responsible for driving all aspects of the candidate sourcing and generation process
  • Involves creating and implementing complex sourcing strategies, utilizing multiple methods and tools for all levels of positions
  • Support between 2-3 recruiters in specific functional areas
  • Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position
  • Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates
  • Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a high qualified pool of candidates
  • Manage referral sources as well as other identified sourcing channels
  • Document research methods for sharing with other recruiting team members
  • Train other recruitment team on new internet sites, blogs, RSS, networking groups and/or sites
  • Identify, screen and submit qualified candidates to Recruiting Team based on the provided job description
  • Assist with job requisition/description development
  • Maintain knowledge of how many resumes need to be generated for open positions
  • Enter and maintain candidate information into applicant tracking system on a daily basis
  • Generate recruitment metric reports both manually and using applicant tracking system

Requirements:

  • Proven success developing sourcing strategies for a wide variety of positions and geographies
  • Broad knowledge and demonstrated success utilizing Internet and Social Media strategies for identifying passive and active candidate pools, to include contact lists, internal and external databases, meet ups/blogs, cold calling, and research.
  • Ability to create competitive and demographic analysis for use in recruiting functions
  • Experience overseeing and executing multiple projects at one time
  • Understanding and experience using and implementing Recruiting related technologies
  • Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Visio
  • Strong analytical, organizational and assessment skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation skills
  • Exceptional internal and external customer service skills
  • Diplomatic and tactful communication style
  • Business and results orientation with a passion for people
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
