Job Description

Procurement Specialist managing procurement cycles and vendor relationships for IT products. Ensuring compliance and financial analysis while working remotely for SDG.

Responsibilities:

  • Procurement & Vendor Management
  • Accounts Payable (AP) & Compliance
  • Finance & FinOps (Cloud & SaaS Optimization)
  • IT Asset Management & Infrastructure (ITAM)

Requirements:

  • Strategic Sourcing & Procurement: Experience in the full procurement cycle, contract negotiation (SLAs, pricing), and vendor management (specifically for IT/SaaS)
  • Financial Analysis & Budgeting: Proficiency in "Plan vs. Actual" analysis, OPEX/CAPEX management, and finance forecasting
  • FinOps Knowledge: Understanding of cloud cost structures (AWS/GCP), Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and cost allocation/tagging
  • Accounts Payable (AP): Knowledge of invoice processing workflows, 3-way matching, and basic accounting principles
  • IT Asset Management (ITAM): Experience tracking hardware lifecycles, inventory management systems
  • Tools: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot, VLOOKUP/Query), proficiency in Jira/Confluence, and experience with ERP
  • Russian proficiency C1+
  • English B2
