Job Description
Senior Consultant implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for global business clients. Leading configuration, workshops, integrations, testing, deployment, and customer training.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement Employee Central for customers following the company methodology
- Facilitate workshops to gather and document requirements
- Create prototypes to confirm requirements with customers
- Configure solutions, support testing phases, and deploy to production
- Advise customers on industry-specific features, processes, and best practices
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, and customers
- Communicate project goals, updates, and tasks
- Present technical components in a non-technical way to key stakeholders
- Transfer SuccessFactors product knowledge to customers
- Deliver super-user and administration training
- Work remotely and on-site with customers to implement and support SAP SuccessFactors products
Requirements:
- German (native or high working proficiency) and English (high working proficiency)
- Valid SF Associate Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations as a lead configuration consultant
- Facilitating workshops and hands-on configuration experience
- Experience with Core and Time Management
- Experience with Core HR business processes
- Multiple module implementations experience
- Integrations with 3rd-party tools, e.g., Payroll
- Functional and Technical experience of client transformations from SAP HCM (ECC) to SAP SuccessFactors
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-directed and able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interface with colleagues and customers
- Ability to collaborate with clients, identify follow-on opportunities, and drive results
