Job Description
Senior Director, Supply Chain leading global supply chain planning for medical technology at Enovis. Driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence across multiple regions.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior management to define and execute global supply chain strategies, long-term objectives, and transformation initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Leverage the Enovis Growth Excellence (EGX) framework to drive growth, profitability, standardization, and sustainable operating practices across the global supply chain.
- Lead supply chain planning, budgeting, and cost management efforts; drive net productivity improvements to support gross margin expansion and working capital efficiency.
- Oversee forecasting, inventory planning, and backorder reduction initiatives to ensure reliable supply, improved service levels, and optimized inventory deployment.
- Develop and implement standardized global planning processes, policies, and SOPs to improve supply reliability, operational consistency, and customer experience.
- Ensure global supply chain planning processes comply with FDA, ISO, and other applicable regulatory and quality requirements.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global supply chain planning organization; drive talent development, succession planning, and career growth across regions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to support end-to-end business objectives.
- Make data-driven decisions with significant impact on P&L performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term business sustainability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, planning, or operations, including leadership roles within global or multi-site organizations.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives and driving cultural change.
- Proven success working within complex, matrixed organizations to achieve P&L and enterprise objectives.
- Strong knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, working capital optimization, and supply planning best practices.
- Experience managing budgets, cost structures, and productivity initiatives tied to gross margin performance.
- Working knowledge of FDA, ISO, and other relevant regulatory standards within a global manufacturing or medical device environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and global stakeholders.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 50%.
