Job Description

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Space Inch responsible for sourcing talent in Croatia. Support hiring managers and engage candidates during the recruitment process in a remote-first team.

Responsibilities:

  • Source top talent across Croatia, with a focus on developers and technical roles
  • Write and publish compelling job ads to reach qualified candidates
  • Review incoming applications and handle the first round of candidate screening
  • Support interview coordination for later hiring stages and participate in interviews as needed
  • Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date candidate tracking and communication in our ATS
  • Collaborate closely with the rest of the People team and top management to align priorities and manage timelines

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments
  • 3+ years of experience hiring for tech roles, including developers, designers, or product teams
  • Strong sourcing skills, with proven ability to find and engage passive candidates
  • Experience using ATS tools (e.g. Workable, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar) to manage pipelines
  • Excellent communication skills in both English (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with Croatian job boards and recruitment channels; bonus points if you have experience working with US and LATAM-based candidates
  • Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote team setup
  • Ability to handle multiple roles at once and prioritize tasks effectively
