Job Description

Senior Technical Business Analyst collaborating with engineering team at Ntara. Leading enterprise digital platform initiatives in a remote, U.S.-based role.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted delivery partner to clients, building strong relationships and deeply understanding their business goals, workflows, and technical landscapes in support of engineering-led initiatives.
  • Drive delivery-focused system and solution strategy using deep PXM expertise to align implementation approaches with long-term business objectives.
  • Partner with client and internal leadership to define, prioritize, and maintain digital roadmaps and multi-phase delivery plans.
  • Lead complex system enhancement and optimization initiatives, from discovery through implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide technical leadership to Technical Business Analysts by delegating work, reviewing and validating deliverables, mentoring best practices, and serving as the primary escalation point for delivery-related questions and challenges.
  • Own problem-solving across all aspects of PXM implementations, including data, integrations, workflows, and user experience.
  • Participate in stakeholder interviews by engaging in technical discussions, asking clarifying questions and translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for solutioning.
  • Lead documentation and solution planning for PIM, DAM, ecommerce, CMS, and related enterprise systems, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment across all technical requirements for solutioning.
  • Produce clear, executive-ready documentation, including: System architecture and process diagrams, Integration and data flow models, Schema-level attribute definitions, Attribute and data mappings across systems.
  • Lead requirements gathering and author detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Champion continuous improvement by contributing to process enhancements, templates, and delivery standards.
  • Support and guide management efforts for both clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Digital Media, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of a formal degree.
  • Advanced coursework or certifications in Business Analysis, Systems Architecture, Data Management, or Agile delivery are a plus.
  • 6–10+ years of progressive experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
  • 3+ years working on large-scale, enterprise digital platforms (PIM, DAM, CMS, ecommerce, or MDM), or other data-heavy applications.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-system implementations and integrations.
  • Prior experience in a consulting or agency environment, managing multiple concurrent clients and billable work, strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to analyze and model large, complex datasets.
  • Deep experience with PIM platforms (e.g., inRiver, Akeneo, Salsify, Censhare).
  • Knowledge and experience with complex multi-system application architectures.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the principles of APIs as required to define a system integration architecture.
  • Hands-on experience using REST APIs.
  • The ability to read and follow logical paths of code (e.g. ASP.NET, Java, JavaScript, VBA) to support integration design, troubleshooting, and effective collaboration with development teams.
  • Familiarity with Azure infrastructure and hosting environments is a plus.
  • Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and implementations is a plus.
  • Ecommerce platform experience, including integrations and deployments is a plus.
  • CMS platform experience (e.g., Kentico, Optimizely/Episerver, Sitefinity) is a plus.
  • Experience with DAM platforms (e.g., Aprimo, Bynder, Cloudinary, Digizuite) is a plus.
