Job Description
Senior Technical Product Business Analyst at Paperless Environments, bridging business needs and technical implementation in SaaS solutions. Collaborating with teams to define and prioritize product requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in our product team, closely working with Product Management and Development.
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, grooming and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Collaborate with developers throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring new features meet high standards for quality.
- Maintain efficiency and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment as an Agile process champion.
- Define and write acceptance criteria for all user stories to guide the testing process.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst (or related role in product/business analysis) in a software development environment, preferably with SaaS products.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex software systems and workflows in a cloud-based product setting.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and deep familiarity with the software Scrum certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master or similar) is required.
- Proficiency with team collaboration and project management tools, especially Atlassian Confluence for documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
