Job Description
Senior Technical Writer producing engaging documentation for integration processes on a SaaS platform. Collaborating with software engineering teams in a fully remote environment based in Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate, engaging documentation that will help our developer partners integrate their systems with our platform.
- Work alongside our development teams to produce step-by-step procedures for integrating with our platform.
- Translate our API functionality into easy-to-follow instructions for writing API requests and understanding responses.
- Create upgrade guides, installation guides, security handbooks and other related documents for operations teams.
- Document our complex platform architecture.
- Guide our rapidly-expanding team on best practices for documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience working in software engineering and systems integration.
- Experience in the Banking & Financial Services sector.
- Familiarity with Open API schemas and able to make API calls using tools such as Postman and Bruno.
- Familiarity with checking out code using Git and running CLI commands.
- Basic ability to read and write JSON code.
