Job Description
Senior Associate in Sales Operations optimizing processes for DraftKings' VIP Sales Team. Collaborating cross-functionally to improve operational excellence and support revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Design, document, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures
- Own and evolve key sales programs
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, Responsible Gaming, and Operations
- Identify friction points and inefficiencies in sales workflows
- Design and deliver impactful enablement initiatives
- Coordinate and execute cross-functional projects
- Maintain organized and accessible documentation repositories
- Support change management efforts
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales and Sales Enablement
- Supporting revenue-generating teams through process development, program ownership, and enablement execution
- Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to quickly adjust to shifting priorities
- Demonstrated strength in documentation, process design, and operational execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales productivity tools, and knowledge management systems
