Job Description
SEO Manager developing and implementing performance-driven strategies for the Spanish market at Medier, specializing in innovative marketing solutions for iGaming.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement SEO strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives
- Continuously refine approaches based on performance insights, competitor analysis, and market trends
- Oversee technical SEO elements, including Single Page Application (SPA) challenges, rendering solutions, and site architecture
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of technical SEO best practices
- Track and evaluate key SEO metrics (rankings, organic traffic, conversions, etc)
- Provide data-backed insights to drive ongoing improvements in organic performance
- Develop comprehensive reports to keep stakeholders informed of SEO progress, challenges, and opportunities
- Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates, assessing their potential impact on our strategies
- Drive innovation and experimentation to maintain a competitive advantage in organic search
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with a proven track record in technical SEO and data-driven strategy
- iGaming experience is a must
- Experience with the Spanish Market
- Deep understanding of SPA optimization, site architecture, and rendering solutions
- Proficiency in resolving technical SEO issues to improve search engine visibility
- Strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms
- Skilled in creating insight-focused reports for stakeholders
- Capable of translating complex data into clear strategic recommendations
- Demonstrated success in driving and sustaining generic keyword rankings
- Track record of elevating organic traffic through targeted SEO initiatives
- Awareness of the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools
- Creative and results-oriented approach to tackling challenges
- Ability to adapt and refine tactics
