Job Description

SEO/SEM Specialist managing digital marketing campaigns, social media, and market research for home care training industry. Requires marketing experience and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy: Manage and enhance digital presence through marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
  • Paid Advertising: Create, manage, and track PPC and paid ad campaigns across Google and other search engines.
  • Content Creation: Generate digital content, posts, and ads for social media platforms.
  • Analytics & SEO: Measure and analyze SEO performance, campaign results, and develop marketing metrics.
  • Direct Marketing: Execute campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Market Research: Conduct research and compile insights to define optimal target audiences.
  • Reputation Management: Monitor, review, and respond to online customer reviews.

Requirements:

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years as a Marketing Coordinator or in related marketing roles.
  • Leadership: Experience in leading teams is a plus ("nice to have").
  • Core Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and campaign management.
  • Software & Tools -Design: Adobe Creative Suite & Canva.
  • Web & Analytics: WordPress & Google Analytics.
  • Operations: Email Marketing platforms & Microsoft 365.
