Job Description
Technical PM/delivery manager with 7+ years’ federal contract experience. Overseeing ServiceNow projects while ensuring quality and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide contract-facing delivery control
- Sprint reporting
- Staffing continuity
- Invoice-period support
- Quality review
- Manage the contract rhythm without overburdening the key developer
- Coordinate sprint planning inputs
- Weekly status reporting
- Risk/issue tracking
- Staffing coverage
- COR communications
- Invoice-period reporting
- Quality review
- Compliance follow-through
Requirements:
- 7+ years of technical project or delivery management experience
- Federal contract delivery experience
- Experience managing Agile/Kanban software sustainment or O&M
- Experience with sprint status reporting, risks/issues, staffing coverage, and deliverable acceptance
- Ability to manage a small technical team without adding unnecessary overhead
- Experience coordinating with CORs, Product Owners, business testers, security staff, and platform teams
- Understanding of change control and release governance
- Ability to enforce contract restrictions, including no use of generative AI for deliverables unless authorized by the Contracting Officer
- Strongly Preferred: ServiceNow delivery experience; GSA MAS task order experience; Library, federal civilian, or cultural/records agency experience; PMP, CSM, SAFe, ITIL, or equivalent; Experience managing FFP sprint-based invoicing.
