Job Description
ServiceNow Developer configuring and administering ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB platforms remotely. Designing workflows, automating processes, and managing upgrades, releases, data governance, and service mapping.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and administer the ServiceNow platform
- Perform data modeling and workflow automation
- Integrate ServiceNow best practices
- Apply configuration management and application lifecycle best practices
- Implement and maintain ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB architectures
- Design workflows, business rules, catalogs, and automated processes
- Plan upgrades and manage releases
- Perform platform maintenance
- Govern CMDB data and manage assets
- Implement service mapping practices
Requirements:
- Secret clearance
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- Proficient knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, data modeling, workflow automation, and integration of best practices
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration, configuration management, and application lifecycle best practices
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB architecture and implementation methodologies
- Knowledge of workflow design, business rules, catalog management, and process automation techniques
- Proficient knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade planning, release management, and platform maintenance activities
- Proficient knowledge of CMDB data governance, asset management, and service mapping practices
