Job Description
Short-Form Content Creator for social media at Bulle & Mensch, editing longform videos into engaging clips. Focused on financial content with a call for creative ideas.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in professionally repurposing long-form video content into high-performing short formats for social media.
- Regularly create attention-grabbing Shorts and Reels from approximately 2 hours of raw footage that boost reach, engagement and growth.
- Edit strong short-form clips from long-form videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Prepare hooks, openings and narrative arcs so clips generate immediate attention.
- Cleanly apply subtitles, jump cuts, zooms and simple motion elements.
- Identify content suitable for viral or high-reach short formats, either using AI or independently.
- Independently propose clip selections, titles, captions and posting ideas.
- Continuously analyze performance and optimize results.
Requirements:
- Experience editing short-form content, ideally for social media.
- A good sense for strong hooks, storytelling and attention-grabbing editing.
- Proficiency with editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or comparable tools.
- Interest in finance, trading or business content is a plus.
- Reliable, independent and structured working style.
- Interest in a long-term collaboration with increasing content output.
