Job Description
Clinical project manager supporting global late-phase Hematology and Immunology trials at Syneos Health. Managing CROs, vendors, trial documents, and study timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Support late-phase Hematology and Immunology portfolios
- Support the Clinical Trial Manager/operational team in execution of clinical trials
- Liaise directly with CROs and ancillary vendors to manage relevant trial operational tasks
- Maintain effective oral and written communication with the project team
- Prepare status reports to ensure alignment with study timelines
- Review, develop, and write clinical trial documents and manuals
- Create study manuals, laboratory or biomarker plans, and supporting documents
- Create the Master ICF template
- Review and approve site changes in consultation with legal and safety when warranted
- Update templates with new risks and amendment information
Requirements:
- Prior sponsor-side experience
- Global study experience rather than experience limited to a single region
- Oncology, Hematology, or Immunology therapeutic area expertise, ideally with experience supporting complex or pivotal studies
- End-to-end study management experience from study start-up through close-out
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach, ownership, and ability to work effectively with minimal direction
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal teams, sites, and vendors
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills in fast-moving, complex environments
- Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education will also be considered
