Job Description
Site Care Partner strengthening clinical-trial-site relationships for ICON, a global healthcare intelligence and research organization. Supporting protocol compliance, engagement strategies, and site performance.
Responsibilities:
- Foster relationships with clinical trial sites and enhance site engagement
- Contribute to clinical research activities, taking responsibility for deliverables and working collaboratively
- Build and maintain relationships with principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff
- Provide support and guidance on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies
- Monitor site performance metrics and provide updates to study teams on site engagement activities and outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
- Previous experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 60%)
- Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
