Job Description
Affiliate Marketing Associate sourcing and optimizing partners for Monarch’s personal finance platform. Growing free-trial starts and subscriptions through affiliate-funnel improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Source and onboard new affiliate partners using SEMrush, Similarweb, Publisher Discovery, Affistash, and Aspire
- Manage day-to-day partner communication and keep onboarding moving smoothly
- Monitor partner performance, build ad-hoc reporting, and flag anomalies or performance gaps
- Recommend and help implement optimizations to grow affiliate Free Trial Starts and subscriptions
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth Product, Data, and Creative to improve conversion across the affiliate funnel
- Report to Eric Recker and support Monarch’s Growth Marketing team during a period of hyper-growth
Requirements:
- 2–3 years in affiliate, partner, influencer, or growth marketing, or a closely adjacent role
- Hands-on experience in an affiliate platform; Impact preferred, with CJ or ShareASale also relevant
- Comfort with basic data analysis, ad-hoc dashboards, anomaly detection, and period-over-period growth calculations
- Strong verbal and written communication for frequent partner outreach
- Curious, resourceful, bias-for-action mindset
- Comfort working through ambiguity in a startup environment
- Basic knowledge of CRO principles preferred
- Experience in fintech, subscription, or B2C/SaaS businesses preferred
- Applicants must be based in the US
- Ability to collaborate synchronously mostly from 9 AM–2 PM PT
