Job Description
Site Partner II coordinating clinical-trial site activation and documentation for ICON, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization. Liaising with sites, sponsors, and study teams across Burlington and Montreal.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all necessary activities for timely site activations and maintenance tasks across one or multiple studies
- Act as site liaison and escalation point of contact, proactively resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Forecast and plan Critical Document Package and Site Activation approval dates in ICON systems
- Document delivery risks, mitigations, contingency plans, and escalate issues
- Serve as point of contact with project managers, clinical trial managers, functional leads, third parties, and key stakeholders
- Submit protocol, study documents, and safety reports for local ethics/IRB approval
- Prepare site documentation for regulatory submissions
- Adapt and customize Patient Informed Consents
- Negotiate Clinical Trial Agreements, budgets, and ancillary agreements as assigned
- Prepare, collect, collate, verify, and maintain site and country documentation in the Trial Master File
- Coordinate, verify, and back-translate required study start-up and maintenance translations
- Communicate site status and enter data into tracking and management systems
- Support site selection and site qualification
- Communicate sponsor, project manager, country, and clinical trial manager instructions to sites
- Attend study team meetings and support process improvement, efficiency, and technology initiatives
- Mentor and train CDP Review Team personnel
- Perform activities in compliance with corporate and departmental policies, SOPs, operating procedures, and guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 0-3 years of experience in a Clinical Research environment
- Good communication skills
- Good Judgment & Decision Making
- Proficient computer knowledge
- Proficiency in English language is mandatory
- Knowledge of basic French is preferred
- Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
