Job Description
Senior Social Media Analyst managing digital communities for ADECCO. Engaging with online communities and providing strategic recommendations based on digital interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Support the structuring and management of digital communities.
- Monitor interactions and conversations across multiple platforms.
- Identify recurring themes, insights and opportunities within communities.
- Act as the point of contact between communities and internal teams.
- Support engagement initiatives and relationship-building with partners.
- Consolidate reports, learnings and strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing, moderating and engaging online communities.
- Experience with engagement projects, advocacy programs or ambassador initiatives.
- Experience monitoring conversations and analyzing digital interactions.
- Strong written communication, organizational and analytical skills.
- Intermediate English.
- Advantage: experience with B2B communities or partners in the food sector (restaurants).
