Job Description
Social Media & Content Specialist enhancing a luxury beauty salon's online presence. Focus on editorial-style content across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Maintain a modern, minimal, high-end aesthetic (non-salesy, non-ad-looking)
- Ensure content aligns with brand tone and visual standards
- Create and manage a posting schedule
- Upload and publish approved content across platforms
- Organize content libraries for efficient workflows
- Provide input on what types of content perform well and suggest content ideas
- Maintain consistency across Instagram, TikTok, and e-commerce touchpoints
- Work closely with the founder to refine look, feel, and direction
Requirements:
- 3–4+ years experience in social media content creation
- Strong portfolio showing clean, modern, high-end editing
- Experience with beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or personal brands (strongly preferred)
- Comfortable giving strategic input, not just following instructions
- Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sensibility
- TikTok
- Shopify (product linking)
- Video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
