Job Description
Social Media Coordinator at a media and AI enablement company. Managing social media presence and audience engagement with a focus on clarity and consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the content calendar across LinkedIn and Instagram
- Maintain a consistent posting cadence without gaps or spikes in activity
- Source and repurpose content from podcasts, newsletters, events, and internal insights
- Ensure all content is published on time and meets quality standards
- Write social media copy that is clear, human, and aligned with the brand voice
- Maintain consistency in tone across all content
- Create and adapt visual assets using Canva and existing brand templates
- Manage content deliverables using ClickUp or similar tools
- Monitor and respond to comments in a timely and thoughtful manner
- Track key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and growth
- Provide clear insights on what is working and where improvements are needed
Requirements:
- Experience managing social media for a brand, company, or public figure
- Experience repurposing long-form content into social formats (preferred)
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, natural, and engaging content
- Ability to manage a content calendar independently and maintain consistency
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
- Interest in AI, technology, or innovation-related content
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and improve workflows over time
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
