Job Description

Social Media Coordinator at a media and AI enablement company. Managing social media presence and audience engagement with a focus on clarity and consistency.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the content calendar across LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Maintain a consistent posting cadence without gaps or spikes in activity
  • Source and repurpose content from podcasts, newsletters, events, and internal insights
  • Ensure all content is published on time and meets quality standards
  • Write social media copy that is clear, human, and aligned with the brand voice
  • Maintain consistency in tone across all content
  • Create and adapt visual assets using Canva and existing brand templates
  • Manage content deliverables using ClickUp or similar tools
  • Monitor and respond to comments in a timely and thoughtful manner
  • Track key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and growth
  • Provide clear insights on what is working and where improvements are needed

Requirements:

  • Experience managing social media for a brand, company, or public figure
  • Experience repurposing long-form content into social formats (preferred)
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, natural, and engaging content
  • Ability to manage a content calendar independently and maintain consistency
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
  • Interest in AI, technology, or innovation-related content
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and improve workflows over time
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
