Job Description
Social Media Executive for influencer marketing at Gusti Leder GmbH. Responsible for influencer research, evaluation, outreach, and tracking metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research relevant influencers across Instagram and YouTube.
- Use Instagram Search, YouTube Search, hashtags, keywords, and influencer discovery platforms to find suitable creators.
- Build and maintain influencer databases with accurate profile information.
- Discover influencers across different niches, audience sizes, and geographic locations.
- Analyze influencer profiles and content quality.
- Evaluate influencer performance using key metrics such as: Engagement Rate (ER), Follower growth, Reach and impressions, Audience quality and authenticity, Average views and interactions.
- Identify fake followers, suspicious engagement patterns, or low-quality audiences.
- Assess influencer-brand fit based on content style, audience demographics, values, and niche relevance.
- Initiate and manage conversations with influencers via Instagram DMs and email.
- Follow up with influencers regarding collaboration opportunities.
- Maintain professional communication and build long-term influencer relationships.
- Track outreach status and response rates.
- Maintain influencer outreach trackers and campaign databases.
- Prepare influencer shortlists and recommendation reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and internal teams regarding influencer selections.
- Provide regular updates on outreach progress and campaign readiness.
Requirements:
- Experience with Instagram and YouTube research.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and creator ecosystems.
- Knowledge of influencer discovery platforms.
- Understanding of influencer metrics, including: Engagement Rate (ER), Reach, Audience Quality, Views and Watch Time, Growth Trends.
- Ability to evaluate influencer-brand fit.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple influencer conversations simultaneously.
- Proficiency in: Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace.
