Job Description
Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist at SmartBuyGlasses responsible for organic social media strategy and influencer collaborations across multiple platforms. Driving brand growth and engagement through creative campaigns and analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Organic Social Media Marketing Strategy and improve current processes in line with business goals.
- Create engaging social programs, both editorial and promotional, with a cohesive point of view and brand voice to grow community and engagement.
- Manage content creation, curation and copywriting for daily posts.
- Apply basic design skills through Adobe and/or Canva.
- Attend photoshoots and travel when needed to create unique social content and push influencer collaborations.
- Represent SmartBuyGlasses at influencer events and brand booths across Europe alongside our senior team.
- Oversee day-to-day social media channel management, including scheduling across all platforms, managing community engagement, and responding to DMs.
- Manage any outsourced help with channel management.
- Develop and maintain the social media content calendars for Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
- Coordinate asset creation, including copy, statics, infographics and videos for social platforms (organic and paid), in collaboration with the internal creative team and freelancers.
- Produce content for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok) in partnership with our performance team, helping grow paid content creation in-house
- Monitor performance analytics and competitive benchmarking regularly.
- Understand the effectiveness of strategy and creative. Make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay at the forefront of influencer marketing: trends, channel algorithms, platform changes, legal requirements, and shifts in the influencer community.
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
- Create impactful influencer campaigns.
- Oversee a team of specialists to audit and outreach to influencers, and negotiate and brief influencers to deliver impactful content.
- Analyse data from various sources, identify gaps in the influencer marketing process, and work with the marketing teams to rectify them.
- Deliver influencer strategy objectives and maximise commercial opportunities through clear analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
- 3+ years hands-on experience in social media and influencer marketing at a consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand

- Proven track record growing branded social channels at scale (named examples, specific outcomes)
- Experience creating content for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok). We want to scale paid content production in-house
- Knowledge of current influencer rates, contract norms, and FTC/ASA disclosure rules
- Solid understanding of social and content performance metrics (and what’s vanity vs commercial)
- Strong written and verbal English. Creative copy instinct
- Experience with Canva, Adobe, CapCut or basic video editing tools
- Storyteller by nature. You think in hooks, formats, and emotional triggers
- Collaborative but able to ship independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Preferred: Background in luxury, fashion, beauty, or eyewear consumer brands
- Experience working in a global, multi-market e-commerce environment
- Track record growing TikTok and short-form video specifically
- Running paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok)
