Job Description

Build and grow wyn's social media presence from scratch as part of a fintech company. Create engaging content and develop effective campaigns while analyzing trends and optimizing performance.

Responsibilities:

  • You will build wyn’s social media presence from the ground up — channel strategy, tone of voice, and visual aesthetic
  • You create content that doesn’t look like fintech, but like a brand — copy, images, video, Stories, Reels
  • You develop campaigns that scale: for brand building, lead generation, and community growth
  • You analyze what works — and continuously optimize
  • KPIs are a tool for you, not a checkbox
  • You stay close to trends before they become trends — and know which ones are relevant for us
  • You work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and help advance social as a standalone channel

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, ideally for brands that aren’t boring
  • You have built and grown channels — not just operated them
  • You develop ideas and bring them to life yourself
  • Data-driven working style: you know which KPIs matter — and which only look good
  • Very good German skills and good English
