Job Description
Social Media Manager at Tierarzt Dr. Franz Spitzer overseeing multi-platform social media strategies and community management. Engaging with audiences and analyzing trends to enhance presence.
Responsibilities:
- As part of the Social Media team, you are responsible for cross-channel planning and execution of relevant activities on our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok...)
- You handle community management for the individual channels (communication with our target audience)
- You take on monitoring & reporting as well as analysis of our social media activities
- You analyze current social media trends and propose them to management
- Conceptual development and further refinement of existing social media ad formats
Requirements:
- You have the ability to present complex topics clearly and tailored to the target audience
- You are familiar with the dog niche and understand the feelings and needs of dog owners
- You have a strong affinity for social media such as Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- You are largely familiar with the specific characteristics of each social media channel
- You are very creative and have a good sense for the right way to address the target audience
- You have a clean and error-free command of written German
- You work independently and organize & finalize your projects on time
- You have a quick grasp and high discipline
- You are able to follow existing processes and, over time, integrate your work into established workflows
- Prior experience in online marketing, coaching, consulting, etc. is an advantage
