Job Description
Software Engineering Manager leading Automated Marketing engineering team at Warner Music Group. Overseeing full stack development for internal tools, focusing on AI/ML-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Technical Lead Manager overseeing greenfield projects
- Set technical strategy and engineering best practices
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders
- Own team deliverables and objectives
- Hire, build, and manage team performance
- Reimagine and implement data for the music industry
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience leading engineering teams of 5-10+ software engineers
- Hands-on experience writing code and conducting code reviews
- Experience overseeing teams working with AWS and Python
- Effective communication and proven track record of hiring and team building
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Empathetic leader who builds strong teams
