Job Description
Solution Architect guiding complex ICT projects for digital transformation in EU. Requires physical presence near client headquarters in Warsaw, Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the definition and validation of architectural requirements in alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
- Design and document solution architectures ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
- Support business analysis and requirement gathering from key stakeholders.
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications and architecture designs.
- Provide architectural guidance across application, data, infrastructure, and integration layers.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and products.
- Oversee technical delivery and ensure architecture alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and quality across all solutions.
- Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments.
- Produce comprehensive documentation including solution blueprints, models, and interface definitions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of **7 years** of relevant professional experience in IT architecture roles, particularly in complex and large-scale ICT projects.
- Proven experience in at least three of the following architecture domains:
- Application Architecture
- Data Architecture
- Infrastructure Architecture
- Integration Architecture
- Security Architecture
- Experience in modeling techniques and tools (e.g., ArchiMate, UML).
- Strong knowledge of interoperability standards, system integration, and microservices architecture.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and hybrid environments.
- Solid understanding of IT governance frameworks and architecture methodologies (e.g., TOGAF).
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field (EQF Level 6 or higher).
- Excellent command of the English language (minimum C1 level).
- EU citizenship is mandatory.
