Job Description
Solution Architect leading technical Salesforce solutions across client industries. Delivering scalable architectures and collaborating with teams to meet business objectives in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead solution discovery and technical design across multiple Salesforce clouds and implementations
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce architectures
- Design and govern AI-enabled and automation-driven solutions, including Agentforce use cases executed through Salesforce Flow, Apex, and integrations
- Guide discovery, lead design sessions, and facilitate stakeholder alignment through successful project delivery
- Oversee and participate in build work and quality assurance to ensure architectural integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams and client stakeholders
- Mentor internal team members and contribute to technical standards and best practices
- Demonstrate a strong passion for Salesforce solutions, emerging platform capabilities, and collaborative delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including hands-on implementation and solution architecture
- Proven success in client-facing roles such as Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Consultant
- Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture, configuration, automation (Flows), and integration best practices
- Experience collaborating across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences
- Comfort working across industries, adapting to new technologies, and designing solutions for evolving business needs
