Job Description
Solution Engineer responsible for building demos and presentations to meet customer needs. Collaborating with teams to validate product solutions and educate customers on technical aspects.
Responsibilities:
- Be a self-started, ask questions and build demos and presentations targeted to a specific customer
- Identify the customer requirements and collaborate with our teams to promote the product/solution and service design approach to meet those requirements
- Present the proposed solution, and adjust the solution for the customer
- Under the guidance of more experienced Solution Consultants or Service Designers, validate the product, service, and/or solution is relevant, the right fit, and complete for the customer
- Collaborate with other solution engineers and architects to design, build and present a technical architecture and/or product/solution design to the customer
- Demonstrate the functional and technical aspects of the solution while educating the customer on the value-based benefit, scalability, story, and environment configuration of the solution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in BS/BA/BE, or related field
- 2 years of experience as a Solution engineer
- Experience building demos and presentations
- Experience or understanding coding languages like JavaScript
- Experience or working understanding of Kubernetes and DevOps processes
- Experience with Cloud integrations, APIs and cloud databases
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand Spanish language in a business environment is a plus
