Job Description

Solutions Architect for AI platform managing deployment across partners and customers in North America and EMEA. Join at a pivotal moment with a growing team and impactful infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand partner and customer business needs and translate them into technical specifications and deployment plans
  • Configure and customize AI agent solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms (CRMs, booking tools, payment systems)
  • Own implementations end-to-end — from kickoff through go-live — managing stakeholders and driving projects to completion
  • Serve as the technical point of contact in partner conversations; present solutions confidently with minimal oversight
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Contribute to building scalable deployment practices as the team grows

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • Hands-on experience developing in Python or JavaScript, with fluency in AI technologies including prompt engineering
  • Experience integrating APIs (REST, webhooks, OAuth)
  • Demonstrated customer-facing experience (consulting, project management, client delivery, or entrepreneurial)
  • Strong systems integration skills and ability to work across diverse tech stacks
  • Business process analysis skills — you understand how companies make money and can connect technical solutions to business outcomes
