Job Description

Solutions Architect responsible for designing scalable financial management solutions on ServiceNow. Engaging with clients and leading solution implementation while maintaining architectural standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver scalable financial management solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Lead architecture and design of financial management solutions including budgeting, cost modeling, and billing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and financial management requirements into technical designs
  • Provide architectural guidance to development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on IT Financial Management and budgeting processes
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and lead training sessions for user adoption

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise software solutions
  • 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience designing solutions related to financial management, budgeting, cost allocation, billing, or cost modeling
  • Experience leading technical workshops and working directly with enterprise customers
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid software delivery environments
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and application design
  • Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
