Job Description
Solutions Architect responsible for designing scalable financial management solutions on ServiceNow. Engaging with clients and leading solution implementation while maintaining architectural standards.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver scalable financial management solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Lead architecture and design of financial management solutions including budgeting, cost modeling, and billing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and financial management requirements into technical designs
- Provide architectural guidance to development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on IT Financial Management and budgeting processes
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and lead training sessions for user adoption
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise software solutions
- 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
- Experience designing solutions related to financial management, budgeting, cost allocation, billing, or cost modeling
- Experience leading technical workshops and working directly with enterprise customers
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid software delivery environments
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and application design
- Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
