Job Description
Solutions Architect designing Salesforce architecture and integrations for RS Group, a global industrial product and service solutions provider. Governing enterprise technology initiatives and mentoring architecture teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop architecture and overall design for major and strategic Salesforce-related projects
- Define Salesforce platform architecture and end-to-end solution design across Salesforce Clouds
- Define Salesforce integration architecture using standard integration patterns
- Design integrations between Salesforce, SAP, Snowflake, Adobe, and other enterprise platforms
- Support and participate in governance processes for conceptual, logical, and physical architectures
- Facilitate key design decisions and ensure stakeholder participation
- Communicate the reasoning and implications of architectural decisions to senior management
- Contribute to cross-functional Design Working Groups
- Ensure programmes, projects, and initiatives comply with architectural governance processes
- Mentor and coach less experienced Solution Architecture team members
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, operations, and digital teams on global Customer Technology systems
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience with design, including methodologies, diagrams, analysis, and specifications
- Experience with large enterprise customer management architectures, especially Salesforce products
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Data Cloud
- Demonstrable experience in Salesforce platform architecture
- Experience integrating Salesforce components with enterprise applications such as SAP, Snowflake, Adobe, Customer Data Platform (CDP), and Master Data Management systems
- Knowledge of governance, standards, and best practices for Salesforce implementations
