Job Description
Solutions Architect driving technical pre-sales engagements and POC management at Vicarius. Collaborating with diverse teams to maximize platform value in cybersecurity remediation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our vulnerability management and remediation platform.
- Respond to technical inquiries and provide detailed explanations of product features and capabilities.
- Plan, execute, and manage POCs to demonstrate the effectiveness of our solutions in customer environments.
- Provide technical guidance and support during POCs, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Document POC results and provide detailed reports to customers and internal teams.
- Maintain a deep understanding of vulnerability management and remediation concepts, cybersecurity best practices, and industry trends.
- Stay up to date on the latest features and capabilities of our platform.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the partner community.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering teams to ensure customer success.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials.
- Provide feedback on product enhancements and improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales or solutions engineering roles, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong understanding of vulnerability management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience with network security, operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience handling and troubleshooting enterprise IT environments (networks, systems, security).
- Experience conducting technical training sessions for customers and partners.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
- Experience with enterprise sales and MSP/MSSP environments is a plus.
