Job Description
Solutions Consultant for CounselLink enhancing customer experiences post-sale and driving product adoption. Collaborating with Account Managers and delivering business reviews to ensure customer success.
Responsibilities:
- owning the post‑sale customer relationship
- leading onboarding to ensure customer value
- developing success plans and defining customer goals
- monitoring customer health and addressing risks
- delivering regular business reviews
- advocating for user needs and championing feedback
- partnering with Account Managers for coordinated strategy
- providing insights and strategic recommendations
Requirements:
- proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management or similar customer‑facing roles within SaaS or B2B environments
- excellent understanding of the subscription lifecycle
- excellent communication and engagement skills
- analytical and data‑driven mindset
- highly organized, proactive on managing portfolio in fast‑paced environment
- knowledge of Elsevier’s products and services or experience in related industries
