Job Description

Solutions Consultant for CounselLink enhancing customer experiences post-sale and driving product adoption. Collaborating with Account Managers and delivering business reviews to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • owning the post‑sale customer relationship
  • leading onboarding to ensure customer value
  • developing success plans and defining customer goals
  • monitoring customer health and addressing risks
  • delivering regular business reviews
  • advocating for user needs and championing feedback
  • partnering with Account Managers for coordinated strategy
  • providing insights and strategic recommendations

Requirements:

  • proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management or similar customer‑facing roles within SaaS or B2B environments
  • excellent understanding of the subscription lifecycle
  • excellent communication and engagement skills
  • analytical and data‑driven mindset
  • highly organized, proactive on managing portfolio in fast‑paced environment
  • knowledge of Elsevier’s products and services or experience in related industries
