Job Description
Solutions Engineer at Ntara ensuring exceptional client experiences through technical consulting and architecture for PIM systems. Collaborating with teams to drive project success and client engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain personal billable rate at 75%, balancing project contributions with internal and sales assistance.
- Ensure consistent and accurate time logging using tools like Jira and Tempo.
- Communicate with PMs about your workload, status of tasks, and blockers.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client workflows, data structures, and business objectives, with a strong emphasis on PIM strategy and integration.
- Serve as the primary technical consultant and architect for client implementations, particularly around PIM.
- Collaborate with and delegate work to the Business Analyst and Sr. Business Analyst team members to ensure accurate configuration, data modeling, and deployment of PIM systems.
- Contribute to Ntara’s internal standards and methodologies for PIM implementations, helping to streamline future client engagements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Digital Media, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of a formal degree.
- 3+ years of experience in a solutions engineering, technical consulting, or systems architecture role, preferably within a digital agency or professional services environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical discovery sessions and translating business requirements into scalable solution designs.
- Proficiency with project management and time-tracking tools such as Jira and Tempo.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
