Job Description

Solutions Engineer leading technical workstreams with customers and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams at Highnote, an embedded finance company.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales demonstrations and technical discovery calls with prospective customers.
  • Gather requirements, design solution architectures, and build flow diagrams for customer implementations.
  • Own technical relationships during implementation, including POCs, sample code, and consultative expertise.
  • Test new features and conduct documentation reviews before customer releases.
  • Manage implementation project timelines and provide status reporting to leadership.
  • Drive product roadmap input by serving as the liaison between customers, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Support building internal tools and processes to scale Technical Sales operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical expertise
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Proficiency and experience in web API’s
  • Ability to understand highly complex technology and be a liaison between our Engineering, Program, and Product teams and our customers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with customers
  • Ownership mindset - caring about seeing projects through from start to finish
  • An entrepreneurial and ‘getting-things-done’ mindset focused on delivering results
  • A strategic, collaborative, and inclusive approach
  • Lead by example, with empathy and humility
  • Four years or more of professional experience, two or more years in Fintech/Payments
  • Experience using web API tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or Apollo Studio
  • Experience interfacing with a GraphQL API
