Job Description
Solutions Engineer leading technical workstreams with customers and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams at Highnote, an embedded finance company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales demonstrations and technical discovery calls with prospective customers.
- Gather requirements, design solution architectures, and build flow diagrams for customer implementations.
- Own technical relationships during implementation, including POCs, sample code, and consultative expertise.
- Test new features and conduct documentation reviews before customer releases.
- Manage implementation project timelines and provide status reporting to leadership.
- Drive product roadmap input by serving as the liaison between customers, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Support building internal tools and processes to scale Technical Sales operations.
Requirements:
- Strong technical expertise
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Proficiency and experience in web API’s
- Ability to understand highly complex technology and be a liaison between our Engineering, Program, and Product teams and our customers
- Strong communication and presentation skills with customers
- Ownership mindset - caring about seeing projects through from start to finish
- An entrepreneurial and ‘getting-things-done’ mindset focused on delivering results
- A strategic, collaborative, and inclusive approach
- Lead by example, with empathy and humility
- Four years or more of professional experience, two or more years in Fintech/Payments
- Experience using web API tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or Apollo Studio
- Experience interfacing with a GraphQL API
