Job Description
Solutions Engineer leading implementation of complex integrations for financial and CRM platforms. Collaborating with customer experience and product teams to ensure successful onboarding and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead customers through the implementation of complex integrations, including financial, billing, and CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with customer experience teams to ensure successful onboarding, configuration, and optimization of our platform.
- Work closely with product engineers to build, maintain, and troubleshoot data pipelines and API-based integrations.
- Assist in developing best practices and technical documentation to enable internal teams and customers.
- Partner with account executives during the sales cycle to scope and demonstrate tailored technical solutions.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with APIs (REST, GraphQL) and scripting in Python
- SQL expertise required
- Proven experience integrating with financial, billing, and/or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Stripe)
- Strong understanding of technical implementation processes and complex data integrations
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer requirements into successful proofs-of-concept and solutions
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, ideally as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integrations Developer, or Technical Account Manager
- Familiarity with data pipeline tools and cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery) a plus
