Job Description
PMO Specialist leading multidiscipline teams at Grupo Boticário. Focusing on creative governance and solution implementation for communication areas.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the governance of multidisciplinary squads, acting as the central focal point;
- Organize rituals, track schedules and, above all, manage interdependencies between areas, ensuring the "creative production at scale" engine runs smoothly without friction;
- Monitor operational success: ensure that scale (volume) never overrides quality and brand identity;
- Act as PMO for internal solutions: capture and translate the pain points and needs of creative teams into clear requirements for the technology/development team;
- Design and prioritize — together with technology teams — the roadmap for tools and workflows, ensuring technological development always serves creative efficiency (and not the other way around);
- Validate deliveries, ensuring that what was developed solves real day-to-day operational problems;
- Act consultatively on ad-hoc high-complexity projects where communication teams require technological solutions;
- Diagnose operational bottlenecks and design new workflows that integrate people and new tools, maximizing teams' delivery capacity;
- Serve as the "ambassador" for new solutions: influence and engage creative teams to adopt new processes and tools, demonstrating real value (time savings, reduction of repetitive work, increased creative potential).
Requirements:
- Hybrid experience: experience working across communication/marketing and technology/product areas;
- Expertise in PMO and Agile Methodologies: knowledge of project management tools and methods (e.g., Jira, Miro, Trello, Kanban), with the ability to adapt methodological rigor to the fluidity of the creative process;
- Skill in structuring and formatting roadmaps: design journeys, process flows and structure initiatives involving multiple areas;
- Communication and influence: ability to navigate between different stakeholders (from developer to creative), translating practical needs and expected value for communication teams;
- Know-how in Creative Production: knowledge of the routines and pipelines of a communication operation (briefing, breakdown, review, approval, distribution). Basic understanding of DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimization) and GenAI tools;
- Bachelor's degree (completed).
