Job Description
Sponsoring Manager managing partnerships in sustainable mobility and innovative benefits for companies. Engaging in brand activation and sponsorship strategies for measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Play an active role in shaping sponsorship partnerships and making brands come to life
- Develop and optimize sponsorship strategies to strengthen brand positioning
- Select, evaluate and negotiate sponsorship partnerships
- Organize implementation of sponsorship activations on-site at match days, presentations or events
- Coordinate internal and external partners and ensure smooth operations
- Measure successes, optimize sponsorship processes and establish reporting standards
- Monitor market and competitor developments in the sponsorship environment and identify relevant trends
- Support budget planning for sponsorship activities.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in sponsorship management — ideally in sports, brand activation or partnerships
- Excellent negotiation skills, strong communication abilities and a confident presence when dealing with partners
- High willingness to travel and enthusiasm for personally supporting sponsorship activations
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, proactive way of working
- Hands-on mentality: you not only develop ideas but actively implement them
- Communication strength and professional demeanour when interacting with partners
- Enthusiasm for sport, physical activity and strong brand partnerships
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
