Job Description

Strategic Account Director handling high-impact enterprise accounts at AI-focused legal tech company. Driving growth through personalized client engagement and strategic account planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, develop, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities and contract renewals.
  • Partner with EvenUp product and executive teams to develop and execute long-term success plans aligned with customer objectives and business outcomes.
  • Lead a portfolio of 5-10 key accounts, ensuring they receive personalized, high-touch support and strategic guidance.
  • Be present with clients at least once a week—build trust, understand evolving goals, and ensure alignment.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally, providing insights to Product, Finance, and Engineering to improve offerings and align on goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Strategic Customer Success or Key Account Management, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS startups
  • Proven track record managing a few large, complex accounts with $1M+ in ARR or equivalent scope
  • Skilled at working with every level of the business: executive stakeholders, operations leaders, contributors to understand their goals and deliver outcomes
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership—without needing constant direction
  • Excellent cross-functional communication—ensuring customer feedback is woven into product and service enhancements
  • Comfortable engaging with regular in-person meetings, drop-ins, trainings within a two hour drive
