Job Description
Strategic Account Manager responsible for client satisfaction and growth at Wheel. Managing relationships within the healthcare sector for virtual care solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Establish strong and long-lasting relationships with our existing clients.
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns.
- Develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Lead contract renewals and manage the renewal process.
- Develop a deep understanding of our virtual health products and their applications.
- Coordinate with Implementation teams for client onboarding.
- Partner with sales and internal teams on strategic plans.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in account management or customer success roles, preferably within digital health or life sciences industries.
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare, ideally working with large or enterprise-level organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Knowledge of the digital health landscape, healthcare trends, and familiarity with CRM software.
