Job Description
Customer Success Manager managing manufacturing accounts for Rockwell Automation. Driving subscription adoption, renewals, executive reviews, and recurring-revenue expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of site-based or multisite-based accounts
- Ensure customers achieve intended outcomes and value realization with subscription and services contracts
- Drive technology and services adoption, on-time renewals, and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) expansion
- Manage the ARR target associated with contracts and software subscriptions
- Lead onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal motions using CRM and data tools
- Translate data and insights into customer value and increased contracts and subscriptions
- Deliver Executive Business Reviews to main customer contacts
- Work with sales and business leads to identify new contract opportunities
- Provide portfolio-team feedback so customer feedback informs service offerings
- Report to the Team Lead or Regional Manager and travel to customer sites as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- US Applicants - Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; employer will not sponsor individuals for employment visa, now or in the future, for this job opening
- Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
- 2+ years of experience working with customers in a commercial or sales capacity
- Experience increasing annual recurring revenue
- Experience with Gainsight and PowerBI
- Experience working across matrix organization
- Work experience in the manufacturing or automation industry
