Job Description
Strategic Finance Manager working with founders and executives at high-growth consumer brands. Utilizing financial modeling and insights to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Build and adapt client financial models using the Drivepoint platform
- Support strategic decision-making through budgets, forecasts, and scenario analysis (e.g., impact of ad spend shifts, inventory reduction, cash runway planning)
- Suggest improvements to financial models, data workflows, and client processes
- Collaborate internally to enhance Drivepoint’s software, automation tools, and client services
- Work closely with a senior member of the Drivepoint team
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, or FP&A
- Deep understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Strong financial modeling skills, including model building from scratch
- Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining financial concepts clearly to clients
- Curiosity about consumer businesses and a proactive, ownership mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
