Job Description
Strategic Planning & Development Consultant helping InnovateEDU refine strategic direction and develop fundraising strategy. Engage stakeholders and operationalize focus areas for financial growth.
Responsibilities:
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to validate impact and direction
- Operationalize staffing structure alignment with strategic direction
- Develop fundraising plan including donor pipeline and major gift strategies
- Conduct stakeholder engagement sessions and interviews for insights
Requirements:
- Experience with education non-profits and strategic planning
- Two examples of similar strategic planning projects
- Proposed methodology for project execution
- Team bios who will work on the account
- Detailed budget breakdown by phase/deliverable
