Job Description
Strategic Service Sourcing Manager at Agilent managing supplier negotiations and relationships for effective service delivery. Engaging in procurement processes and ensuring compliance with legal standards in Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for managing and maintaining Service Providers and Service Contractors business relationships
- Conduct Service Supplier selection and negotiations to assure best Service Level Agreement and financial margin improvements
- Lead in negotiating and developing business relationships with Service Providers
- Analyze suppliers' performance and conduct regular suppliers' evaluation reviews
- Work closely with Regional and Country legal/compliance teams
- Ensure full legal compliance and alignment with Region, Sub Region or Country agreed strategy
- Manage service suppliers program processes, documentation, data, contracts & exhibits in assigned territory
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
- Typically, at least 8+ years relevant experience for entry to this level
- Experience in procurement / supplier management is plus
- Fluency in English and Japanese language
